Refund & Cancellation Policy - Thegiftyy

Thegiftyy is a digital coordination platform. All production and delivery are handled by execution partners.
1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is made to the execution partner, production begins immediately.
Cancellations after confirmation may not be possible for customized items.
2. Cancellations Before Production
If requested before production begins:
- May be considered case-by-case
- Design or sampling costs may be deducted
3. No Refund on Customized Products
Customized, branded, or made-to-order products are generally non-refundable once production begins.
Includes:
- Printing
- Embroidery
- Engraving
- Special packaging
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Client must notify within 48 hours of delivery.
Replacement or correction will be coordinated with the execution partner.
Refunds depend on partner policy.
5. Delivery Delays
Delays due to:
- Supplier issues
- Customs
- Force majeure
do not qualify for refunds.
