1. About Thegiftyy
Thegiftyy is a digital brand, marketing, and coordination platform operated by D Consultants LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Thegiftyy provides lead generation, marketing, and coordination services for corporate gifting and promotional merchandise.
Thegiftyy does not manufacture, trade, stock, or deliver any physical products. All production, customization, and delivery are performed by authorized execution partners.
2. Platform Role
Thegiftyy acts solely as a marketing and coordination platform.
Any contract for supply of goods or services exists directly between the customer and the respective execution partner.
Thegiftyy is not a supplier, trader, or manufacturer.
3. Quotations & Orders
- Users may submit enquiries and request quotations.
- Final pricing, specifications, delivery timelines, and warranties are provided by execution partners and must be approved before order confirmation.
- An order is confirmed only when the client accepts the quotation issued by the execution partner.
4. Payments
All payments are made directly to execution partners unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Thegiftyy does not issue invoices for physical goods and does not act as seller of products.
5. Product Images & AI Visual Disclaimer
Some visuals on the website may be mockups, digitally enhanced images, or AI-generated representations for marketing purposes.
Actual products may vary in color, texture, finishing, size, or packaging.
Clients must review final specifications and samples before confirming orders.
Thegiftyy is not liable for variations between marketing visuals and final products.
6. Execution Responsibility
Manufacturing, production, delivery, and after-sales service are handled by independent execution partners.
Thegiftyy is not responsible for:
- Product defects
- Manufacturing delays
- Logistics issues
- Supplier performance
All such matters must be addressed directly with the execution partner.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, website systems, and marketing assets belong exclusively to D Consultants LLC FZ.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Acceptable Use
Users must not:
- Submit false information
- Misuse platform data
- Attempt to bypass partners
- Upload harmful content
9. Limitation of Liability
Thegiftyy's role is limited to coordination and communication.
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Thegiftyy shall not be liable for losses arising from products or services provided by partners.
10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UAE law. Jurisdiction: Dubai Courts.
